About

“A Cult of Two” is equal parts creative memoir, guidance, and uprising. It’s written in objects that trigger memories, prose, poetry, and other creative writing.

The true story behind "A Cult of Two"

My sociopathic malignant narcissist therapist bilked me of roughly $200,000.00, mainly by seeing me at an unheard of intensity, even though I didn’t need it at all.

In total, I saw her 11 years. In addition to financial abuse, she was also spiritually abusive. She pretended to be a “new age” guru-type and used that to further exploit me.

After viciously discarding me, she added “legal abuse” to her roster. She filed a false police report in an attempt to get me arrested. Somehow, despite complete isolation and devastation, I prevailed. With that nightmare, and the licensing and civil complaints I filed. I started this substack about 10 years after the legal ordeal ended.

This is a space for giving voice to unimaginable abuse of power by a therapist. It's also about healing, and your sovereignty; returning the birthright and agency of self-healing back into your hands. Psychology wants you think they own the market on mental/emotional wellness and healing. They don’t.

What makes my substack unique

WHO IT’S FOR: This is a space for sensitives who’ve been failed and betrayed by therapy, only to be scapegoated for speaking up about it.

It’s for those who’ve experienced malignant narcissistic abuse by a therapist or other “authority” figure who was supposed to be trusted; who’ve known firsthand how our systems enable sociopathy.

It’s for uniquely wired, soulful seekers and lovers of truth, who are passionate about dismantling all the deceit, while feeling everything in hi-def.

WHAT I’M ABOUT: I’m unique not only because of my batshit crazy therapist story, but also because I’m about healing beyond the “matrix”—especially though creativity.

I’m into metaphysics—and grounded about it—such as intuition, energy healing, astrology, and spirituality (not dogma). I have a graduate degree in psychology and can speak both science and intuition.

I identify as Asperger’s (wouldn’t trade it for anything), am gifted/savanty (though I think everyone is a savant about something), and blunt. But don’t put me in a box, I take the label with a big grain of salt. The research is gender-biased and a lot of it doesn’t fit females. I think differently and often feel like I’m on a different wavelength than most.

I accept my shadow aspects. Everyone has them. I don’t write to seem saint-like. My voice is authentic to the way I experience and process life. It can be unapologetically raw, gritty, creative, delicate, intense, and sometimes funny.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • One post per week—sometimes more, sometimes less—as well as posts that are for paid subscribers only.

  • I write and create all my content, not A.I.

  • I need a lot of personal downtime. Even though I appreciate each and every reader so, so much, digital interaction can be overwhelming for me. Don’t take it the wrong way if I’m often not reachable.

This is a reader-funded publication. My dream is doing this for a living. All subscriptions are thoroughly appreciated.

Trigger & profanity warnings: There may be triggering material & use of cussy words.
